Curtis Johnson, Owner / Personal Trainer
Curtis finds great satisfaction in getting different personality types to reach that one common goal of healthy living! Curtis began as a Personal Training Assistant at a post rehab facility in New Orleans, LA. He then attained his first Personal Training Certification with AFAA in 2004. He has a multitude of knowledge within the fitness realm such as: post rehab, core, plyo training, speed and endurance, functional training, pre and post natal, weight lifting and sports specific training. Curtis understands that he is a walking testament of a healthy and fit lifestyle. During his free time he enjoys short distance running (5k-10k), playing basketball, flag football, boxing, listening to music, politics and volunteering with various youth based organizations.
John Herrera, Owner / Personal Trainer
A very personable trainer, he has been in the fitness industry for 9 years. John graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. He is also a NASM Certified personal trainer and is CPR/First Aid Certified. He specializes in strength training, weight loss and nutritional counseling. Outside interest include: Soccer, football, traveling, camping, hiking and live music
